2016-2018
What started as a Store Manager position at Mollusk’s San Francisco shop morphed into an operations management role in which I implemented policies and processes across all shop locations.
Shortly thereafter I began splitting my time between the shop and the office, overseeing the general flow of operations for the San Francisco shop while stepping in to help with digital marketing in an effort to create a footprint for Mollusk in previously unoccupied digital realms. This included the implementation of seasonal product seeding to key influencers and Pinterest marketing for SEO.
